Salmon With Yogurt Lime Sauce

Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  plain nonfat yogurt
  2        tablespoons  chopped fresh cilantro
  1           teaspoon  grated lime peel
  3        tablespoons  fresh lime juice -- divided
  4                     salmon fillets -- (6-ounces each)
 

Preparation:

Preheat broiler. Mix yogurt, cilantro, lime peel and 1 tablespoon lime juice in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice over salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Broil salmon until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer salmon to plates. Serve with yogurt sauce.
