Ingredients:

  50      grams         sev
  50      grams         fried peanuts
  50      grams         phuliyan -- parwal or puffed
                        rice
   1      teaspoon      chile powder
     1/2  teaspoon      mango powder -- (or)
     1/2  tablespoon    thick tamarind pulp
   1      small         onion -- very finely chopped
   4      teaspoons     mustard oil
                        salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together well, tossing them in the mustard oil. Serve immediately.
