Spicy Peanut Sauce For Vegetables or Satay

Ingredients:

   3      tablespoons   peanut butter
   2      tablespoons   water -- (or enough to
                        make a pourable sauce)
   1      tablespoon    vinegar
   1      teaspoon      soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      fresh ginger -- grated
   1      clove         garlic -- crushed
     1/8  teaspoon      chili powder flakes
   1      cup           creamy peanut butter
   1      tablespoon    brown sugar
   1      tablespoon    soy sauce
   1      tablespoon    milk
                        peanuts -- optional
 

Preparation:

Combine and blend until smooth. In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and milk. Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mixture.
