Ingredients:

   4                    chicken breasts -- boneless, skinless
   3      tablespoons   sesame oil
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      teaspoons     gingerroot -- minced
   2      teaspoons     liquid honey
   3      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      coriander
   1      teaspoon      cumin
   1      pinch         hot pepper flakes
 

Preparation:

Cut chicken lengthwise into thin strips; thread onto soaked wooden skewers. Place in glass baking dish. Whisk together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, honey, garlic, coriander, cumin and hot pepper flakes; pour over chicken, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Reserving marinade, cook chicken on greased grill over high heat or broil, basting with marinade, for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
