No-Cook Smoked Salmon Purses

Ingredients:

  10                    crab sticks
  2               Tbsp  horseradish sauce
     1/4            Pint  soured cream
                        salt and freshly ground black pepper
  18            Strips  smoked salmon -- about 13oz,
                        measuring approx 12x2in
  1               Long  chive strands
 

Preparation:

Mash the crab sticks and fold in the horseradish and soured cream. season to taste. Lay the salmon flat and spoon a little crab mix onto each - fold over and tie with chives. Serve.
