Ingredients:

   1      medium        onion -- chopped
   6                    chiles serranos -- peeled and
   6      cloves        garlic
   3      large         tomatoes
   1      tablespoon    vinegar
   1      tablespoon    honey
     1/4  teaspoon      dried oregano
     1/4  teaspoon      cumin
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      pinch         black pepper
 

Preparation:

Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded. Blend in food processor or blender: 1 medium onion, chopped, 6 chiles serranos, peeled and seeded, 6 cloves garlic. Fry the mixture in butter for about 5 minutes. Blend in: 3 large tomatoes, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 TBS honey, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 pinch black pepper.
