Ingredients:

     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   2      drops         Tabasco -- or to taste
   1                    garlic clove -- crushed

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef. Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Dry in oven overnight.
