Ingredients:

1         Cup           Honey
1/4       Cup           Margarine
1         tsp.          curry powder
1/2       tsp           dry mustard
8                       potatoes Sliced
1                       Chicken cut up

Preparation:

Bring the first four ingredients to a boil in a pot. Let it boil until it rises nearly to the top. Immediately take off burner. Set Aside. Place potatoes in a baking dish. Top with chicken pieces. Pour Honey mixture over potaoes and chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
