Pepper Zuchini

Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

12 or so  6 inch       fresh zuchini squash - sliced in 1/4" slices.
2         large        sweet onions, sliced in rings
2         Jars         Kraft Bacon Cheese Spread 
or - fry 4 slices bacon crisp, crumble and mix into 8 oz Jar Cheese whiz.
1         Tablespoon   fresh ground black pepper
 

Preparation:

Melt butter in stir fry pan, add sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add zuchini and continue to cook and stir until all are limp. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper over all. Drop bacon cheese spread in clumps over top of hot vegetables. Cover and let melt for a minute. Then stir to combine. Turn into deep 1-1/2 Qt casserole dish and heat in oven for 20 min at 350 degrees.
