Wild Rice Jambolaya

Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  wild rice
     1/2           cup  white rice
  1                can  mushrooms 8 oz.
     1/4           cup  onion -- chopped
     1/4           cup  fat or just use oleo
     1/2         pound  each, pork and veal -- cubed
  2        tablespoons  soy sauce -- use more soy sauce
     1/2           can  water -- to 3/4 c water
  1                can  cream of mushroom soup
 

Preparation:

Cook each kind of rice separately. Saute celery, mushrooms, onion, pork and veal in the fat. Combine with drained cooked rice. Add remaining ingredients and bake, covered, in a two qt. greased casserole in moderate oven, 350o for two hours.
