Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2       cup           flour
1/2       cup           milk
1/2       cup           sugar 
1/2       cup           Crisco shortening (not oil)

Preparation:

1. Mix these flour and milk in small saucepan over low heat until thick and pasty (just a glob really)

2. Let cool completely.

3. Scrape into bowl and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Crisco shortening (not oil)

4. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes (4 complete minutes)
