Old Fashioned Pot Roast

Ingredients:

1                       Boneless Rump Roast
1         Large         Head Cabbage
1         Bag           Baby Carrots
6         Large         Potatoes
2         Cans          Cut Green Beans
2         Pkgs.         Brown Gravy Mix
2         Cups          Water
 

Preparation:

Put roast in large roasting pot, pour in water, cook in 350 degree oven for 2 to 3 hours(depending on size of roast). Add more water if needed during roasting. Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch wedges and add to nearly done roast, add carrots. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. Wash and cut cabbage leaves into medium sized pieces and add to pot, add grean beans and continue cooking until last veggies are well heated. Use gravy for topping the meat and/or potatoes. YUM!
