Preparation:
Clean, peel potatoes and slice potatoes. Boil until tender. Drain and mash potatoes. Add butter/margarine, spices, and sugar. Mix thoroughly and taste. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix thoroughly. Then add milk and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees until center is firm. Should take about 35-45 minutes.
At this point the pie is very tempting to eat so, let it sit for 15 minutes. |
