Ingredients:

   1 1/2  cups          marsala wine
     1/2  cup           olive oil
   1      tsp.          fennel seed
   1      tsp.          oregano
   2      dashes        worcestershire sauce
                        ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl ans whisk to emulsify. NOTES : Use this marinade for poultry or veal, marinate 4 hours.
