3 cup white onions ,nicely chopped
3 tablespoons mushroom base
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup muester cheese
2 quarts heavy cream |
Preparation:
in a 4 quart heavy sauce pan sautee the onions for about 5 minutes.And the add the remaining vegetables and stir for another 10 minutes.
Put all the vegetables in a blender for 5 minutes,and put it back on heat,Then add milk and seasoning,make sure it is broiling then melt the cheese and keep stiring until the cheeses are completely melted .keep the soup warm and serve it with fried tortillas . |
