Jicama Slaw

Ingredients:

   1      pound         jicama -- peeled and grated 
   1                    carrot -- peeled and grated 
   3      tablespoons   fresh lime juice 
   2      tablespoons   nonfat mayonnaise 
   1      tablespoon    chopped fresh cilantro 
   1      teaspoon      ground cumin 
     1/2  teaspoon      hot sauce 
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slaw will keep in refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days.
