Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

These are quick and easy, oh yeah, and really good too!
 

Ingredients:

  2       cups          diced cooked chicken
   1/2    cup           sour cream
  1       can           cream of chicken soup
  1 1/2   cups          cheddar cheese, sheredded
   1/2    cup           pepper jack or monterey jack cheese, sheredded
  6                     flour tortilas
                        chili powder to taste
                        onion powder to taste
                        pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix sour cream, soup, chili powder, pepper, and onion powder in a small bowl and set aside. In a seperate bowl add mix chicken with 2-4 tablespoons of soup mixture. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and add some cheese. Flod and put in glass baking dish. Top with rest of soup mixture and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is bubbly. If you want them spicy you can add hot peppers and/or salsa to the top of enchiladas before baking.
