Creamy chicken soup

This creamy homemade chicken soup is quick easy and great !!
 

Ingredients:

2         cans          cream of chicken soup
2         quarts        water
6         cups          uncooked wide noodles
6                       chicken bouillon cubes
8         oz.           sour creme
6 1/2     cups          cooked cubed chicken
 

Preparation:

cook chicken and cube it up ( i like to prepare my chicken in the crock pot the night before and cook it all day ). boil 2 quarts of water and bouillon cubes. add egg noodles, and cook about 10 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN WATER!! Add chicken, and cook thru until warm. remove from heat and add sour creme. serve immediately....i also like to add a few carrots to this
