Quick Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  12      ounces        chicken meat -- canned
   1                    onion -- chopped
  10      ounces        cheddar or colby cheese -- grated
   1      package       corn tortillas
   2      cans          cream of mushroom soup
   8      ounces        sour cream
   4      ounces        green chiles -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Mix chicken, onion and half of grated cheese. Spread 3 heaping tablespoons of mixture on each tortilla and roll. Place in casserole dish. Sauce: mix soup, sour cream and chilies. Pour over prepared tortillas. Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
