Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:

  1       Pound         ground beef
   1/2    medium        chopped onion (optional) 
  1       6-oz. can     cream of mushroom soup
  1       6-oz. can     cream of chicken soup
  4       oz.           water (optional--it makes a thinner sauce)
  1       Pound         shredded colby cheese
 12                     burrito tortillas
                        Garlic, oregano or onion salt (optional)
 

Preparation:

Cook ground beef in a large skillet until it is dark brown; add onion and stir. Let onion cook for a minute, then add soups and water (optional). After it starts to boil, add cheese. While cheese melts, warm up the tortillas on a skillet. Place on a plate and add 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in middle of the tortilla and roll into a burrito.
