Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    liquid smoke
   4      pounds        meat
     1/2  cup           vinegar
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      package       meat marinade
     3/4  cup           water
 

Preparation:

Trim off all fat on the meat and cut into narrow, long strips with the grain. Combine the ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 day. Put into dehydrator for 10 to 12 hours to dry at 145 degrees. Jerky should bend, but not break when dry.
