Ingredients:

   1      pound         meat -- slice thin (1 to 2)
                        and salt
     1/4  cup           soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
     1/2  teaspoon      onion powder
     1/4  teaspoon      liquid smoke
   1      teaspoon      Accent
     1/4  teaspoon      Tabasco sauce
     1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder
 

Preparation:

Mix together; pour over meat. Marinate overnight. Keep refrigerated; drain. Place meat strips in dehydrator or in warm oven and dry until strips are dried by still bend. Store in airtight container.
