Jack Rabbit Jerky

Ingredients:

   1                    jack rabbits -- (or 5 lb., (1 to 2)
                        meat)
     1/2  cup           Worcestershire sauce
     1/2  cup           soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      black pepper
     2/3  teaspoon      garlic powder
     2/3  teaspoon      onion salt
   1      tablespoon    Accent
   2      tablespoons   liquid smoke
 

Preparation:

Slice jack rabbits thinly. Mix together in a big bowl all ingredients. Add rabbit and soak overnight. Dehydrate 4 to 6 hours in a dehydrator or oven on low. Will work on any meat.
