Ingredients:

   1      Pound         Ground Pork -- lean
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Salt
     1/2  Teaspoon      Dried Sage
     1/4  Teaspoon      Ground Nutmeg
     1/4  Teaspoon      Pepper
     1/4  Teaspoon      Dried Thyme
          Pinch         Ground Ginger
   2      Tablespoons   Water
 

Preparation:

In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout.
