Natty and Petey's homecooked Beef Stew

Ingredients:

4                       potatoes - cubed
8                       carrots - diced
2         pounds        beef
1         large         onion - diced
1                       clove garlic - minced
5         cups          water
2                       bouillon cubes
1/2       cup           flour
1                       bay leaf
1         tablespoon    worcestershire sauce
1/4       teaspoon      thyme
1/4       teaspoon      basil
1/4       teaspoon      oregano
1 1/2     teaspoons     salt
1/2       teaspoon      pepper
 

Preparation:

Place meat in large pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat, stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving. Don't forget to remove the bay lea
