Ingredients:

  1              pound  bulk pork sausage -- browned and drained
                        OR cooked bacon -- crumbled
                        OR cooked ham -- chopped
  1                cup  all purpose biscuit mix
  1                cup  cheddar cheese -- shredded
  1           teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/2      teaspoon  oregano
  6                     eggs
  2               cups  milk
 

Preparation:

Combine cooked meat, biscuit mix, cheese, dry mustard, oregano. Beat eggs thoroughly, then add milk and beat again; combine with dry mixture. Pour into shallow, greased 2 quart casserole; sprinkle top with paprika (optional). Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 1 hour, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings. HINTS: All ingredients can be mixed earlier and refrigerated in a covered bowl until ready to pour into casserole. For luncheon menu, substitute 1 pound browned, then drained, ground beef for breakfast meat.
