Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:

1 1/2     lbs           Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - cooked and torn (not chopped)
1         lb.           Velveeta Cheese Spread
1/2       can           Rotel (diced tomatoes and Chiles)
1         can           cream of mushroom soup
1         can           cream of chicken soup
9         oz. pkg       Nacho Cheese Doritos Tortilla Chips
 

Preparation:

Heat cheese, Rotel, and both can of soup in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy. Place torn chicken breast across the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Layer enough Doritos over chicken to cover chicken and pan. Evenly pour cheese mixture over tortilla chips. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Serve with refried beans and mexican rice.
