Ingredients:

   1      box           tabbouleh mix
     1/2  cup           water
   1      cup           chopped tomatoes
     1/2  cup           diced cucumber
   2      tablespoons   chopped mint
     1/2  cup           chopped parsley
   2      tablespoons   chopped scallions
   1      teaspoon      minced garlic
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
     1/4  cup           olive oil
                        salt & pepper
 

Preparation:

Mix together tabbouleh mix, water, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, parsley, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Chill until ready to eat. Approximately 6-8 minutes.
