Ingredients:

                        reserved tops from Twice Baked Potatoes
                        vegetable cooking spray
                        monterey jack cheese -- shredded
                        cheddar cheese -- shredded

Preparation:

Place potato tops on a baking sheet. Spray inside of shells with cooking spray. Bake a 425°F for 8 minutes or until shells are crisp; set aside. Place small amounts of both cheeses on each potato skin. Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
