1 pound radishes -- cut in 1/2" pieces
3 tablespoons stock -- or
lightly salted water
Preparation:
Place prepared radishes in a 2-quart baking dish. Add stock or salt water. Cover and cook on high until tehder, 7 to 9 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Let stan, covered, for 3 minutes.
