Quick Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

   2      cups          frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed, include
                        -- broccoli,
                        -- cauliflower and
                        carrots
     2/3  cup           white wine
   2      teaspoons     fresh dill -- minced
     3/4  teaspoon      garlic -- minced
   2      teaspoons     fresh lemon juice
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Bring the liquid remaining in the pot to a boil. Lower the heat and reduce by 1/3. Pour over the cooked vegetables and serve. NOTES : Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
