Ingredients:

1 cup shredded swiss cheese -- 4oz
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon durkee black pepper
1 jar diced pimiento -- 4oz, drained,

1 can durkee french fried onions -- 2.8oz |
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can french fried onions. Pour into shallow 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 servings. |
