Preparation:
In large bowl, combine rice, bamboo shoots, 1/2 cup water chestnuts, celery, Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing, salt and pepper; toss well. Place in 5-cup ring mold; chill. In medium bowl, toss together green beans, remaining water chestnuts and almonds; chill. Unmold rice ring and place vegetables in center. Makes about 8 servings. |
