Molded Oriental Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

   3      cups          cooked rice
   1      can           bamboo shoots -- drained (5 oz.)
   1      can           water chestnuts -- drained and sliced
                        -- (5 oz.)
     1/2  cup           chopped celery
     3/4  cup           wish-bone thousand island dressing
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      dash          pepper
   1      package       frozen french style green beans -- cooked and drained
                        -- (9 oz.)
     1/4  cup           slivered almonds
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine rice, bamboo shoots, 1/2 cup water chestnuts, celery, Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing, salt and pepper; toss well. Place in 5-cup ring mold; chill. In medium bowl, toss together green beans, remaining water chestnuts and almonds; chill. Unmold rice ring and place vegetables in center. Makes about 8 servings.
