MINTED CUCUMBER and YOGURT SALAD

Ingredients:

   1      cup           Plain yogurt
   2      tablespoons   Finely chopped fresh  
   1      tablespoon    Lemon juice
   1      Clove         Garlic -- finely chopped
                        Dash of white pepper
   1      medium        Cucumber -- thinly sliced
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl except cucumber. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, stir in cucumber. Garnish with additional mint if desired.
