Ingredients:

  1                Cup  broccoli flowerets
  1                Cup  cauliflower
  1                Cup  carrot sticks
  1                     red and green pepper cut into strips
  2                     zucchini squash cut into sticks
  1         Tablespoon  lemon juice
  1           Teaspoon  garlic powder
 

Preparation:

Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sticks arond the edge of a microwave-proof plate. Place the rest of the vegetables in the center. Sprinkle with lemon juice nd garlic powder. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIHG for 5 minutes. Let stand 6 minutes before serving.
