Ingredients:

   6      Medium        Sweet Potatoes
     1/2  Cup           Maple Syrup
   1      Tablespoon    Butter
   1      Teaspoon      Salt
   1      Cup           Apple Juice
     1/2  Cup           Water

Preparation:

Boil 6 sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish. Heat remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over potatoes and bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
