Mango Chutney Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  3          teaspoons  olive oil
  1              small  onion -- finely chopped
  1              clove  garlic -- crushed
  1              pound  ground turkey breast
  1              large  egg
  1              slice  white bread -- crumbled
  3        tablespoons  mango chutney -- chopped
  2        tablespoons  milk
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  rubbed sage
 

Preparation:

1. In nonstick skillet heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat until hot. 2. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring often, 5 miutes or until onion is tender. Transfer mixture to large bowl; set skillet aside. 3. Add ground turkey, egg, bread, chutney, milk, salt and sage to onion mixture and mix well. With wet hands, shape mixture into four 1 inch thick round patties. 4. In same skillet, heat remaining 2 tsp olive oil oven medium heat until hotl. Add patties and cook about 12 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides and cook through.
