Preparation:
On broiler pan, arrange vegetables. Brush with 2 tablespoons robusto Italian dressing. Broil 3-inches from heat 3 minutes. Turn vegetables; brush with remaining 2 tablespoons dressing. Broil 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes about 4 servings. *Use any combination of the following, cut in 1/4 inch slices: eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash and onions. |
