Italian Corn And Zucchini

Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           chopped onion
     1/4  cup           chopped green bell pepper
     1/4  cup           butter
   3      tablespoons   italian dressing
   1      pound         zucchini -- thinly sliced
   1      small   can   whole kernel corn -- drained
   8      ounces        tomato juice or puree
   1      teaspoon      sugar
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
   1      dash          oregano
 

Preparation:

Saute onion and green pepper in butter for five minutes. Add dressing and zucchini. Saute over low heat for 10 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. This skillet dish may be made over low coals on an outdoor fire, or prepared on the kitchen stove and brought out to simmer on barbecue fire until serving time.
