  16            ounces  canned garbanzo beans
  8             ounces  sesame tahini
  1           teaspoon  garlic
     1/2           cup  fresh lemon juice
  3          teaspoons  olive oil
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  cayenne
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a food processor process to a smooth puree cover and chill for 1-96 hours spoon into a shallow serving bowl drizzle with a small amount of additional olive oil serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
