Preparation:
Planned-over vegetables are the basis for this meatless casserole. Try it with frozen mixed vegetables, peas, corn, green beans, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, chopped spinach.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese until smooth; mix in remaining ingredients except vegetables. Fold in vegetables and spoon into 1 quart buttered casserole. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: One (10 ounce) package frozen vegetables cooked and drained, can be used instead of 2 cups cooked vegetables. |
