Preparation:
Green Bean Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce. Prepare green bean pieces as directed. Mix hoisin sauce, sherry and cornstarch.Heat wok or 12-inch skillet until hot. Add oil and tilt wok to coat side. Add beans and bean sprouts. Stir-fry about 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture. Cook and stir about 10 seconds or until thickened. |
