Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil, add the leeks and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and cooked grain and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until the vegetables are cooked), using a flame diffuser to prevent scorching on the bottom. Add the seasonings and gently simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve with the garnishes
