  1                cup  onion
     1/4           cup  fresh lemon juice

  1           teaspoon  kosher salt
     1/4      teaspoon  liquid hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients-mix well allow to stand for 30-60 minutes serve at room temperature
