Place bacon in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with a paper towel. Microwa=

at high (100%) until brown, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Drain all but 1 tablespoo=

bacon fat. Add onion and pepper. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until
onion is tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated
through, 8 to 10 minutes.
