Ingredients:

   3      stalks        celery
   1      package       cream cheese (3 oz.) -- softened
   1      tablespoon    finely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
   1      tablespoon    finely chopped onion
   1      tablespoon    finely chopped sweet pickle
   1      tablespoon    finely chopped pecans
   1 1/2  teaspoons     mayonnaise

Preparation:

Wash celery, and cut into 3-inch pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Stuff the celery pieces with cream cheese mixture.
