Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  2               Cans  white corn -- (12-ounce)
  1                can  French style green beans -- (16-ounce) drained
     1/2           cup  chopped onions
     1/2           cup  celery
     1/4           cup  chopped pepper
     3/4           cup  grated sharp cheese
  1             carton  sour cream -- (8-ounce)
                        Thoroughly mix all ingredients.  Place in
                        a greased 13" x 9" oven-proof dish.
                        Topping:
     1/2           cup  butter (1 stick) melted
  1                     stack butter-flavored crackers -- crushed
 

Preparation:

Mix butter and cracker crumbs and spread evenly over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
