Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin

Ingredients:

  4               cups  cauliflower -- frozen, thawed and
                        -- drained
  1 1/4           cups  smoked ham -- chopped
  1                can  cheddar cheese soup -- condensed
     1/4           cup  milk
     2/3           cup  bisquick baking mix
  2        tablespoons  butter or margarine
  2        tablespoons  shredded cheddar cheese
     1/2      teaspoon  ground nutmeg
 

Preparation:

Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2"; sprinkle with ham. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth; pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake until topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
