Baked Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients:

  1             medium  tomato
     1/4           cup  chopped broccoil steamed until crisp
  1           teaspoon  garlic salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  2        tablespoons  soft bread crumbs
     1/2      teaspoon  oregano
  1           teaspoon  grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Cut tomato in half and scoop out pulp. Combine pulp, broccoli, garlic, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and oregano. Stuff each tomato half with broccoli mixture and sprinkle and parmesan cheese. ake for 5 minutes.
