Ingredients:

 425      grams         tomato sauce
 425      grams         stewed tomatoes
 175      grams         tomato paste
 350      grams         jalapenos
 100      grams         green chiles (big ones)
     1/2  medium        white onion
                        miscellaneous peppers (to taste)
                        red pepper (the Italian kind)
                        paprika
                        cumin seed
                        celery seed
                        apple cider vinegar
                        fewsquirts    Tabasco sauce
                        concentrated lemon juice
                        sugar
                        onion salt (a tad)
                        chili powder
 

Preparation:

1. Finely dice the onions and peppers, chop the stewed tomatoes. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
